Chicken Parmesan Sandwiches

YIELD: 4 servings

4 boneless/skinless chicken breast halves
4 tablespoons Costantino's Kitchen Tomato Basil Pasta sauce
4 slices Provolone or Mozzarella cheese
1 submarine roll


Preheat grill. Grill for 10 to 15 minutes per side, or until no longer pink and juices run clear. Put 1 tablespoon of pasta sauce on top of chicken, then top with cheese. Close lid and allow to "bake" for 2-3 minutes longer, until cheese is melted. Remove from grill and place on roll.
